Almost Here!

If there is one crop that we spend an inordinate amount of time on, it's tomatoes.  We are enamored by this vegetable just like every body else.  It tastes great and is used in so many dishes,  but the real truth is it's a treat to grow.  Challenges are around every corner for this plant, but if you get it right.....all is well with the world.   There is no other plant that gives us such pride to grow, and we hope you all enjoy this year's harvest of our heirloom varieties,  Sun Gold, San Marzano, Brandywine, Cherokee Purple, Juliet, Green Zebra, and Lemon Yellow.  The hot temperatures that cause the tomatoes to ripen are also what brings the first the the onion crop.  Enjoy!
